This helps potential buyers envision how the space can be used and how it might look with their own belongings.

Package Includes:
Homes lager than 3,000 sq. ft. start at $1,700.
A 50% deposit due at booking to secure an appointment. Remaining 50% is due 72 hours prior to the schedule staging day.
Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments. The quantity and type of rental items vary per home and are at the sole discretion of Design Envy Home Staging and Redesign and it does not include soft goods.

This service is ideal for the homeowner and/or DIYer who needs a qualified eye to stear them in the right direction. This service takes up to 2 hours. Recommendations will be given to appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers, and provide them with the best return on their investment. You will receive a customized photo filled Staging Report that the homeowner will fill out, along with checklists for organzing closets and preparing for the photo shoot for the "Staged to Sell" marketing photos!
STAGE FOR OPTIMUM RESULTS INCLUDING:

Payment in full is due at booking to secure the appointment.
Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments. Shopping services are available at $150 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
Need assistance styling each space for maximum photo impact before professional MLS photos or an open house? Emotional connection points will be staged to create an emotional response from buyers to each space. I will style your home to ensure it is photo ready for a model home look.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service is up to 2 hours. We will work together reviewing your notes from our already completed Walk and Talk Consultation, focusing on the highest impact areas first.

Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell? This occupied staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed Staging Report and working together to start staging the main areas of the home. You won't believe the difference a few hours make just using what you already own!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service is up to 4 hours with 2 hours of prep tiem. We will focus on the highest impact spaces first. If time permits, we will stage other key living areas, so your home is show ready.
We will take before and after photos of the drastic transformation!
Full payment is due when booking to secure an appointment.
You will also be given the opportunity to rent accessories based on your home's needs and does not include soft goods. Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments. Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving. Shopping services are available at $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
