All Staging Services Start With A Home Assessment- Starting at $200
Our Five-Step Process:
- Book a Home Assessment: The home assessment is when I meet with the home sellers and/or real estate agent and I go over the process, the budget and review the home. During this time, I will be taking lots of picutures, diagrams and measurements. I will be planning your home's design story.
2. Review and Sign Contract: Review, pay and sign your contract to
get the project started and secure your staging date.
3. Design Planning Begins: Here's where the magic happens and we pull or
purchase the perfect items to tell your home's design story. Planning each
room's layout for install day down to every detail.
4. Install Day: The home is "staged ready" and our movers and designers get
to work on the spaces we agreed upon.
5. De-Stage Day: Your home is sold, so we return after all contingencies have
been removed to remove our furnishings.
*We highly recommend keeping the home staged through the buyer's
inspection.
The Primary Package

This package includes focusing on staging the main areas of the home to help create a cohesive and attractive environment that appeals to a broad range of buyers.

A non-refundable Home Assesment deposit of $200 starts your project.
A 50% deposit is due upon the signing of the contract agreement. Remaining 50% is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled staging day.
All planned construction, painting and/or cleaning completed and ready to be staged before stager arriving or a rescheduling fee of 50% of this contract agreement will be charged.
The First Impression Package
If you need to stage more than the main areas of the home, this package includes staging the entryway that will create a space that is not only functional but also visually appealing. A well-staged entryway can make a space feel welcoming and organized. This is crucial, because it sets the first impression for potential buyers and can significantly impact their overall perception of the home.
